JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL CASE

This action came on for jury trail before the Honorable Gregory J. Kelly, Magistrate Judge, presiding, and the issues having been duly tried and the jury having duly rendered its verdict.

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Judgment be entered on behalf of the Leonard Moore, Jason Evers, and Christopher Lungrin as follows:

1. Final Judgment is rendered in favor of Leonard Moore and against Sei Pak as to Count I. Leonard Moore shall recover $30,000.00 in damages from Sei Pak related to Count I for retaliation under the Fair Labor Standard Act with interest thereon at the legal rate provided by law, for which let execution issue:


2. Final Judgment is rendered in favor of Jason Evers and against Sei Pak as to Count I. Jason Evers shall recover $30,000.00 in damages from Sei Pak related to Count I for retaliation under the Fair Labor Standards Act with interest thereon at the legal rate provided by law, for which let execution issue; and

3. Final Judgment is rendered in favor of Christopher Lungrin and against Sei Pak as to Count I. Christopher shall recover $30,000.00 in damages from Sei Pak related to Count I for retaliation under the Fair Labor Standards Act with interest thereon at the legal rate provided by law, for which let execution issue.

The Court reserved jurisdiction to determine the matter of attorney’s fees and costs.
