Greg here are a few options for you to look into:

Florida has lemon laws to protect you for new cars. If it is a used car, and it was sold as is, you may be out of remedies unless you can show a fraud. Generally speaking as it pertains to the purchase or lease of a new car, you must give the dealership three opportunities to correct the car, and a final. If the same non-conforming condition occurs, you have a right to a refund. In such cases, if litigation is necessary, you may be able to recover your attorney fees and costs from the dealership or manufacturer.
