Maurice Arcadier, JD, MBA
Maurice Arcadier graduated from the University of Florida with honors and received a JD/MBA
joint degree in 1997. Mr. Arcadier also received an International Law degree from
Tulane/La Sorbonne in 1995, and a Bachelors of Arts in
Economics in 1994.
After graduation, Mr. Arcadier joined Andersen Consulting, now known as Accenture.
During his two year tenure there, he was part of a legal risk management team, providing legal risk management services for Fortune 500 employers.
Employers included Citgo, Republic Industries, Motorola, Telco, Teleglobe, and Excel. Mr. Arcadier's role included solving employer/employee issues,
risk management strategies, and process consulting.
In 1999, Mr. Arcadier opened his private law firm. Mr. Arcadier started as a general practitioner and trial attorney. In his practice, Mr. Arcadier
was involved in the resolution of many business and emplyment law issues and subsequently, in 2006, limited his practice to
business and employment
law at both the Federal and State level. Mr. Arcadier is Board Certified by the Florida
Supreme Court as a Specialist and Expert in the field of Labor and Employment Law.
In addition to specializing and litigating business and employment law cases, Mr. Arcadier is the managing partner of Arcadier and Associates,
a six attorney law firm in Melbourne, Florida. As managing partner, Mr. Arcadier is responsible for the day to day operation of the firm, as well as
supervising the work of staff and attorneys.
Mr. Arcadier has also been part of litigating large and interesting cases including: sexual harassment cases, Whistleblower cases, Collective Action
FLSA cases, and a Class Action Discrimination Case.
